Dogs with Shoes is a free online card game provided as a personal project by an individual based in the United Kingdom. By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Dogs with Shoes is provided free of charge, as-is, for entertainment purposes. There is no guarantee that the service will be available at any particular time, or that it will continue to be available indefinitely. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

You may play without an account. Creating an account allows you to save game history and play online. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may create one account per person.

Your account and data may be deleted if the service is discontinued. If reasonably practicable, notice will be given before any permanent shutdown, but this is not guaranteed.

8. Future Kickstarter or Commercial Activity

There may in future be a crowdfunding campaign (such as on Kickstarter) for a physical edition of the card game. Any such campaign would be run by a separate legal entity (a UK limited company) and would be subject to its own terms. Use of this free online version does not entitle you to any physical product, refund, or commercial obligation of any kind.
